About Us

"I'm an eye. A mechanical eye. I, the machine, show you a world the way only I can see it. I free myself for today and forever from human immobility".
Dziga Vertov

We are systems in motion, creating across art, design, music, literature, substances, video games; constructing a universe from the cracks of a dystopian space: Colombia.

We speak from interference, from fractured futures.
Darkmakina represents the duality that defines us. Dark is a declaration of strength through black, not just as a color, but as pride, power, practicality. It evokes the shadow, contrast, the night, the street, as spaces of expression and resistance.
Makina is the acceptance of the human as machine, rhythm, repetition, and structure. It is a metaphor for the body as a system. A reverberation through graphic language, where the machine becomes expression: geometry, symmetry, and harmony, an allegory of the industrial vibe, of factories, of machine sounds, of rawness, stone, concrete, and rusted metal.

We are residual memory and future vision. The intersection between human pulse and interface coldness. Distorted symmetries. Everyday armor.
