We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Prices or content for our products are subject to any kind of change without notice at any time, including after you have submitted your order.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit or cancel quantities purchased under the same customer account, the same order, the same credit card, or the same billing or shipping address, or that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In this case, we'll notify you by e-mail (provided at the order process).
We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for those third-party tools.
- WARRANTY LIMITATION
DMK will be not responsible neither for any kind of use of any of our items, nor its consequences.
All of our products are limited-edition pieces with specialized craftsmanship.
You agree that all products delivered to you are provided “as is”, without additional warranties, except for the minimum legal warranty required in Colombia for defective products.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, improper handling, or modifications made by the customer.
In the case of verified manufacturing defects, DMK will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the most appropriate solution, always within reasonable limits and considering product availability.
- CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without previous notification.

PRIVACY POLICY
You agree to provide all needed reliable and updated information so that we can complete your purchases at our store. We will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING TERMS
- PAYMENTS
We only accepts payments through PayPal platform and Bold for credit card payments. Payments of duty and tax for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
- SHIPPING
The orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped out.
- SALES TAX
Tax for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
- SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure that shipping address is correct and match with Google Earth for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. We do not bear the responsibility for delivery delays and reshipment cost (if applicable); and we will not be able to do a reshipment if you input an incorrect address.
- CUSTOM FEES
Worldwide Shipments may incur custom fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limitations, and other factors.

EXCHANGES POLICY
Once the purchase order has been generated and the payment confirmed through PayPal, you have 24 hours to request changes or make corrections, so we ask you to do not forget to check your products, order and shipping address before confirming the purchase. If you buy a wrong item, you can exchange your product for another of the same price or lower (but there will be no refund for the difference in price).
We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. You are responsible for your purchase, so be careful with your choice, there will be no returns and there will be no refunds.
- POST SALE REQUIREMENTS
At DMK, we are committed to providing detailed information and accurate photographs of each product prior to purchase, in order to minimize any issues after the sale.
Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, customers have 24 hours to request corrections to their order (sizes, colors, or shipping address). After this period, no changes can be made.
Our communication channels (email and official social media accounts) are always open to address any questions prior to purchase and to provide support regarding shipping, tracking, and use of the purchased product.
No returns or refunds are accepted on physical products. If an item arrives with clear manufacturing defects, the customer must contact us within 3 business days of delivery so that we may evaluate a solution on a case-by-case basis.
